The Story Behind this Community:

For a long time my life looked aligned from the outside. Faith. Family. A career I was good at. By every measure things were full and good.

Your Cup is so full there's no room for God.

My spiritual director said those words and they stopped me cold. She was right. I was a woman who loved God and had somehow run out of space for Him. Not because I didn’t care. Because life had filled every corner — the noise, the responsibilities, the striving — until there was simply nothing left.

That moment is why The Aligned Life exists.

I built this community for the woman I was in that moment. The one who is capable and faithful and exhausted all at once. Who knows something is missing but can’t quite name it. Who wants to live with more peace, presence, and purpose — and isn’t sure how to get there from here.

This is my journey too. I’m not teaching from a distance. I’m walking it with you, every Wednesday, every retreat, every step of the way.

Your Cup is so full there's no room for God.

Every Wednesday Morning

The Aligned Life lands in your inbox.

It’s not another thing to add to your list. It’s a few minutes to exhale — to return to what matters before the week pulls you back under.

A Reflection Rooted in Real Life

Not polished-platform faith. Real faith, lived in real circumstances, from a woman walking this path alongside you.

Scripture to Sit With

A passage to carry through the week — one that meets you where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Questions Worth Asking Yourself

An invitation to go beneath the surface and notice what’s actually true in your interior life this week.

A Simple Invitation

One small, sustainable shift to live this week more aligned with God and yourself. Not a to-do list — a direction home.

As part of this community you’ll also be the first to hear about retreats, coaching opportunities, and resources curated for women building an aligned life.

For the woman who is done surviving her life and ready to truly live it.
